The Pantry/Prep Cook assists in the preparation of meals, primarily on the cold side of the kitchen, by chopping vegetables, making salads, putting together entrees, and related duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pantry/Prep Cook preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent). Culinary certification preferred.
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler certification required before hire.
