Assistant Housing Manager II- Scattered Sites

Assist the Housing Manager in the general management of the Project, performing duties such as inspecting units, processing resident complaints, and collecting rents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Business Administration, Social Science or property management experience
• Ability to deal with the public and interact with residents and Authority personnel
• Ability to retain proprietary information as confidential
• Valid Oklahoma Driver License with an acceptable driving record
• Office skills and familiarity with basic computer principles and usage
• Spanish language skills preferred
