Job Description
Provide support to the Policy Services Department by entering updated policy records into the InsuranceNow computer system and assist with various tasks.
Requirements
- Assist with InsuranceNow daily system tasks list
- Assist with InsuranceNow Credit Balance Report
- Process agent of record updates on policies
- Process lender name and/or address updates on policies
- Learn the Deposit Desk procedures
- Learn the 4H-FFA program processes and procedures
