Global Partner Systems Specialist

Okta is seeking a Global Partner Systems Specialist to design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems and operational processes. The role involves administering and maintaining partner systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in PRM management, CRM architecture and development, and system integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems-focused roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms, including learning management systems (Cornerstone & Skilljar)
