Job Description
Okta is seeking a Manager, Global Partner Program Operations to lead and scale the team responsible for all global partner program operations. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can define strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and manage complex, cross-functional operations in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in partner operations, channel operations, or partner program management, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring a team or leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with core partner systems (e.g., Salesforce and a PRM platform like Impartner).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional executive stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal) and external partners.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate operational metrics into actionable business strategies.
