Senior Technical Account Manager - Auth0

As a Senior Technical Account Manager - Auth0 at Okta, you will be responsible for providing strategic technical guidance to Okta's customers, including enterprise identity, authentication, and lifecycle management capabilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and use cases, and recommend best practices to enhance security posture and capture ROI. The role requires a deep understanding of hybrid scenarios, identity federation, and robust access control models, as well as experience working with legacy applications, enterprise applications, and SaaS applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience in information technology
• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable practitioner role in the IAM space
• Working proficiency in IAM areas such as identity federation, access control models, and legacy applications
• Strong background in Technical Account Management, Technical Consulting, Product Management, Solution Architect, or a similar role
• Ability to code in Javascript
• Understanding of identity and surrounding technologies, including encryption, PKI, RSA, etc.
• Strong business acumen, history of success owning enterprise segment customer relationships and escalations
• Excellent communication skills
