Okta is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Auth0 to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to deliver secure, scalable, and transformative identity solutions using the Auth0 platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager in the customer identity/identity access management space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience in information technology
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager in customer identity/identity access management space
- Working proficiency in technologies and protocols to support authentication and authorization (OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0)
- Consuming APIs and HTTP request methods
- High-level understanding of custom consumer and SaaS apps
- Security and performance monitoring, and 3rd party signals integrations
- Understanding of the general cybersecurity landscape with respect to threats and challenges
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and application builder practices
- Customer-first mindset
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to track and manage multiple parallel initiatives or projects
- Strong presentation and whiteboarding/diagram skills
