- 3-5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
- Passion to serve customers
- Ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic
- Deployed apps in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, etc.)
- Experience with standard network security protocols (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP)
- Experience working with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development
- Understanding of core security concerns within a typical application
- Exceptional communicator
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts
