Job Description
OKTO PAYMENTS is a fintech company seeking a Senior Controller to support the sustainable growth of its local and regional operations in Brazil.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and controllership, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital banking
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling and scenario analysis)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus
- Familiarity with regulatory accounting and Bacen compliance is highly desirable
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Active CRC is a must
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Portuguese (mandatory)
- Spanish (desirable)
