We are looking for an Administration Lead to develop and optimize the annual event calendar, coordinate employee care activities, and design global benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher, experience in event planning, and fluency in Chinese and English.
Requirements

- Proven experience in event planning and organizing large-scale events
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
- Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work
- Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
