Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking a Leadership Development Manager to drive an uplift in leadership capability across the organization and fuel business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with business and function leaders to understand business and functional vision and leadership development needs, and design a suite of programs to develop leadership potential. The role involves planning and delivering leadership development activities, improving understanding of leadership behaviors, and developing a learning culture in the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with solid years of experience working in Leadership development, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Talent Management domains
• Experience in leadership assessment and development tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
