Principal / Senior Product Manager, Instituition Onboarding Experience (KYB)

We are seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager to own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, with a primary focus on building trust and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will design and optimize onboarding workflows that are secure, scalable, and tailored to the unique needs of institutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience building onboarding, identity verification, or enterprise account experiences
• Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience working with or around regulatory/risk requirements
• Strong systems thinker who can navigate and simplify complex workflows
• Proven ability to work across technical, compliance, business and operational teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
