Principal / Senior Product Manager, Trust & Experience

We are looking for a Principal/Senior Product Manager to lead the development of OKX's compliance systems, with a focus on building trust and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong product management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good user empathy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fintech, platform, or highly regulated environment
• Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset; you’ve designed seamless experiences in complex ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify user friction points
• Experience working with or around regulatory/risk requirements, even if not directly responsible for compliance
• Ability to translate abstract requirements into elegant, actionable product solutions
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in navigating technical and regulatory discussions
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks or data privacy requirements
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
