Product Manager / Director, Institutional Growth

OKX is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive institutional client growth, manage market maker and VIP programs, and deliver credit and lending products. The role may focus on institutional client management, institutional credit products, or growth strategy and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch
• Experience with institutional credit products
• Experience engaging directly with institutional clients
• Ability to think logically, work in a team, and communicate effectively
• Understanding of institutional crypto market dynamics
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange products and institutional trading workflows
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLM tools for product operations
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related discipline
