Job Description
OKX is seeking a Product Manager / Director, Institutional Growth to drive institutional client growth, manage market maker and VIP programs, and deliver credit and lending products for OKX's institutional client base.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle
- Experience with institutional credit products (margin lending, secured financing, delayed settlement, or credit line structures)
- Proven experience engaging directly with institutional clients
- Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively
- Strong understanding of institutional crypto market dynamics
- Deep understanding of crypto exchange products and institutional trading workflows
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLM tools for product operations
