Job Description
OKX is looking for a Senior Growth Strategy Manager to lead the development of global VIP coverage strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the go-to-market model, product strategy, and commercial initiatives to build elite client service from the ground up.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, private wealth management, or a leading fintech/crypto exchange
- Deep understanding of financial products and the operational needs of investors and high-net-worth individuals
- Strategic acumen and ability to develop a strategy from a blank sheet of paper
- Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and experience with SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modeling
