Senior Product Manager, VIP Growth & Operations

OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, market makers, and other VIP customer segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
• Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry, particularly exchange products such as institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs
• Prior experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth client-related products is preferred
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, with systematic thinking and sharp user insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Multi-market collaboration experience is a plus
