Senior Product Manager, VIP Growth & Operations

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the VIP product line, creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and market makers. The role involves spearheading strategy, product planning, and customer lifecycle management to enhance customer retention and platform AUM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
• Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry
• Prior experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth client-related products
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in English and Chinese
