Sr. Business Development Manager (VIPs), Central Europe

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sr. VIP Business Development Manager to join our Central Europe Strategic Markets team. The primary goal is to maximize AUM in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• Fluency in English and German;
• Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Germany
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Central European region
