Job Description
Job Title: Plant Manager (Noodles). Location: Lagos, Nigeria. To Lead and Manage Production team of all product lines in across shifts of a complex Plant. Implement and drive Manufacturing excellence practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology or Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical Engineering
- 13 - 18 years of experience of handling production activities independently in FMCG Food Industries with 5 years’ experience in handling Plant teams within the packaged food Industry will be preferred.
- WCM/TQM/TPM/6 sigma – exposure on one of the systems & implementation. Hands on experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of handling, operating and maintaining machinery for Food Processing industry
- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP is preferable
