Job Description
OLAPLEX seeks a Director, Professional Distributor Sales - EMEA to drive revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and strengthen distributor and partner relationships across EMEA. The role will develop region-specific strategies, ensure high-impact execution of launches and campaigns, and localize global priorities to meet regional business needs.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 8–12+ years of sales leadership experience across EMEA
- Commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budget planning, and P&L ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead regional commercial initiatives
- Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment across multiple countries and regions
- Willing and able to travel 50% of the time
