The ideal candidate will have at least 3-7 years of progressive experience in CRE underwriting, commercial real estate appraisal, or commercial credit analysis. Responsibilities include underwriting loans, monitoring portfolio, and providing credit expertise to relationship managers. Requirements
- 3-7 years progressive experience in CRE underwriting, commercial real estate appraisal, or commercial credit analysis
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently understand, analyze, and interpret financial statements
- Basic knowledge of loan structuring, borrowing causes, and lending regulations
