We're looking for a Kroger Customer Planning Manager to increase sales efficiency through strategic insights and collaboration with revenue growth management, finance, and demand teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry
- Direct experience working with Kroger at the headquarters level
- Hands-on experience with Market 6 and Kroger On Demand capabilities
- Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools), Syndigo/1WorldSync, and Kroger new item setup processes
- Experience operating across a hybrid route-to-market model, including Warehouse, KeHE, and DSD partners
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for leadership
- Demonstrated ability to align sales execution with strategic business goals through data-driven storytelling and insights
