We are looking for an Account Director to lead the Dove studio, building strong relationships with clients and growing the studio's offering. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of agency experience, with a strong grounding in commercial management and a proven track record of building and maintaining trusted partnerships with senior clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant agency experience
- Proven experience leading teams of 15+ people
- A track record of building and maintaining trusted partnerships with senior clients
- Experience working with large FMCG or beauty and personal care clients
- A strong grounding in the commercial management of accounts
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and expand studio scope
- Experience developing, coaching, and leading senior team members
- Strong strategic thinking
- Experience working in an in-house agency or embedded studio
- Advanced Professional proficiency in English
- Gen AI and Agentic Thinking
