As a Senior Strategist, you'll lead the development of digital and social strategy for a portfolio of well-known FMCG brands, connecting audience understanding and cultural relevance with business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Digital/Social Strategist
- Creative agency experience is a plus
- Has experience leading strategy for sole accounts independently on a day-to-day basis
- Complete fluency in the digital and social ecosphere
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Energetic and highly proactive
- Outstanding communication and written skills
- Knowledgeable of trends in digital and social, how to apply them in communications, and be able to stay up-to-date with trends across various target audiences
- Entrepreneurial in mindset and can understand people's needs, identify opportunities & build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to act on them
- Adapt quickly to work on many different types of digital and social projects concurrently
- Working knowledge of best practices in digital and social across major platforms with the ability to develop custom strategies based on the unique needs of our client
