Valid Smart Serve Certification, 6-12 months restaurant experience, and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

3+ years cooking experience, culinary diploma/degree, and ability to work calmly under pressure

1-2 years cooking experience, culinary diploma/degree, and basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
