Demand & Financial Planning Analyst

Ollie is looking for a Demand & Financial Planning Analyst to be a key contributor to the growing finance team. As a remote employee based in the U.S., you'll partner with the omnichannel lead to analyze retail sales, manage inventory, and track input costs to project demands on inventory and gross margin.

Requirements

• Partner with our omnichannel lead on a weekly basis to analyze retail sales across retail partners and distributors
• Maintain a demand planning model based on sales trends and future expected activity
• Track and monitor our input costs to understand how our gross margins evolve over time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business performance
• Collaborate with Finance and our omnichannel lead to size and model new business opportunities
• Assist with the development of long-term strategic plans
