Job Description
Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! As a Receiving Team Leader, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, managing freight flow and ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring that customer service expectations are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business
- Ability to work evenings, 3 shift, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to effective communicate information and delegate tasks
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates
