Job Description
Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! The Receiving Team Leader oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, executing freight flow to the sales floor in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities include receiving, verifying, and merchandising direct vendor shipments, managing effective freight flow, and maintaining safety and orderliness in the receiving area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business
- Ability to work evenings, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information and delegate tasks
