As a Sales Expert, you will provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with guests, and manage the day-to-day operations of a melin store. The role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Ability to engage with new customers and build immediate and lasting rapport
• Personalize customer connections by providing the highest level of hospitality and customer service
• Exhibit deep and extensive product knowledge
• Be an expert on melin's product lines, current fashion trends, and customer needs
• Collaborate with leadership team to communicate customer feedback
• Assist with back of house duties including receiving and placing product
• Support and promote Cashwrap & POS procedures
• Reconcile tills, process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and discounts accurately
• Open and close the store following standard operating procedures
