Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Expert to provide exceptional customer service and build lifelong relationships with guests in our melin store in Waikiki, HI. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales focus, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will be responsible for handling operational procedures, managing cashiers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor style to suit the audience
- Independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities
- Preferred proficiency/knowledge in action sports, golfing, running/training, and a passion for the outdoors
- Computer skills to include operating POS sales (Shopify)
- Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
