Job Description
The Day Camp Coordinator assists with the overall administration and daily operation of the YMCA Day Camp program under the supervision of the Youth Program Manager.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- 1–2 years of experience working with children or youth required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond appropriately to safety and emergency situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Demonstrate sound judgment, emotional stability, physical capability, and a strong understanding of child development
