Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in a steel service environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years related work experience in sales and customer service position
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Steel product knowledge, general business acumen, and customer service aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel by air and land
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to negotiate effectively, close sales, and formulate sales quotes and proposals
