Staff Software Engineer

Omada Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the modernization, optimization, and scalability of Omada’s B2B platform. The role involves re-architecting complex legacy systems, designing high-performance data pipelines, and ensuring core B2B capabilities are robust and performant.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Significant experience in scalable systems architecture and performance optimization
• Strong programming experience with Ruby and Python
• Deep understanding of relational databases and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with batch and streaming data pipelines
• Demonstrable mastery of API design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
• Fluency in CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
