We are seeking a Learning Lab Manager to join our award-winning Alternative Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The Learning Lab Manager will be responsible for the overall management and success of High School students within the CTE Medical Program, creating an environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test
- Associates degree or higher in a closely related field of study preferred
- Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid AZ state fingerprint card
- Prior experience working within a national healthcareer association (NHA) or other career and technical education (CTE) provided medical program
- Prior experience working with at risk youth, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in alternative educational services for students with diverse needs at various levels
- Proficiency in providing motivation and having critical conversations with students that help move them toward realistic goals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff members, students, parents, customers, and the public
- Solid motivational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives
- Highly skilled in mentoring, coaching, administrative support, and/or technical support functions
- Advanced oral and written communication, instruction, curriculum, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability
- Well-versed in the use of relevant technology including experience with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, instructional programs, database entry and basic office equipment
