As a Principal Solution Architect, you'll design solutions to complex business and technology problems, collaborating with business, delivery, and technology teams across OMERS and Oxford Properties.
Requirements
- Designing solutions to complex business and technology problems
- Collaborating with business, delivery, and technology teams
- Translating business objectives into robust, scalable solutions
- Aligning with portfolio direction and enterprise architecture standards
- Defining solution structures, application interactions, and integration patterns
- Ensuring consistency with architectural standards and principles
- Addressing non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and availability
- Building consensus with delivery teams, SMEs, and stakeholders
- Clearly communicating complex architectural concepts in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Mentoring Solution Architects and contributing to the continuous improvement of the architecture practice
