The Design Manager is a key member of the Design Management team, responsible for ensuring design compliance, quality, and successful delivery of a portfolio of design projects. Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in a related role
- Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or similar)
- Proven design project delivery capability
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on developing people and building a team
- Design delivery and management experience
- Experience supporting teams to deliver safely, on time, on budget, to high quality
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong technical grounding and engineering delivery experience
- Leadership experience delivering varied project complexity
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
