Solution Consultant for the DACH region, responsible for technical pre-sales process, solution architectures, and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting
- Fluency in German (native or near-native) and English
- Strong working knowledge of voice IVR, conversational AI, NLU, or contact center automation technologies
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, REST APIs, and enterprise technology integration patterns
- Experience designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations
- Ability to respond to complex RFPs and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe
