Job Description
We are looking for a Director Tech Transaction Advisory / Strategy to take ownership of international technology, IT, and AI due diligence projects in buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity investors, corporates, and portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Outstanding degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in technology due diligence, IT consulting, digital strategy, or technology M&A advisory
- Proven experience working with private equity firms, investors, or companies in transaction-related environments
