Associate Consultant Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

Support management teams and investors in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Analyze business models, identify consulting needs, and develop strategic solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations and analyses for client projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, consulting, or digital marketing
• Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, creative and conceptual thinking, and high motivation
