Job Description
As a Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory, you will actively support and partially lead the development of commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions, conduct in-depth business model analyses, and develop data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with internal digital expert teams and work closely with clients to shape the digital future.
Requirements
- University degree in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline with excellent grades
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or a related field
- Strong affinity for technology, including digital business models, tech, data, or AI
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
