Lead AI Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI and Generative AI systems and drive the implementation of scalable, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in AI engineering or large-scale system development
• Strong expertise in machine learning systems, LLMs, and cloud-based AI infrastructure
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus
