Requirements
- Operate Omnicell automation at customers' sites according to Omnicell SOPs and best practices
- Perform return and restocking duties to optimize the customer's use of automation
- Monitor and maintain formulary inventory levels to ensure availability of medications for daily dispensing
- Responsible for prescribed maintenance of automation products and reporting unresolved issues to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
- Maintain a high level of communication to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution
- Responsible for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the appropriate helpdesk
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Conduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies
- Maintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, complete expense reports, adhere to corporate card procedures, per Omnicell travel policies
- Comply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility
- Maintain national certification and all state required credentialing
- Act as a resource or SME, for Omnicell team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow
