Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager position is the "face" of Snow to the client, responsible for ensuring client expectations are exceeded regarding Specifications outlined in agreed-upon Statements of Work. This person must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with the client. They must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into strategies and solutions provided to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pharma or healthcare advertising; Patient experience preferred
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Strong conceptual skills
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with a team
