We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with Employers and Health Systems in the health-tech industry, responsible for ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and delivery of core services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in the health-tech industry serving employer groups or health systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C Account Management / Customer Success
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Tableau
