Requirements

• Fluent in Standard Japanese (標準語), with native or near-native proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience editing B2B, SaaS, or technical/SEO content.
• Experience working with AI/LLM-assisted drafts and understanding of AI text strengths and limitations.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every sentence is clean, correct, and in the right voice.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, taking ownership of work and knowing when to ask for input.
