Job Description
The Signal Integrity Engineer will support the signoff of chip designs, package designs, and PCB designs, contributing to successful product delivery. This role involves modeling of chip high speed I/O and power rails, customer support, and addressing SI/PI issues in various teams. They also involve defining product electrical performance specifications and EMC modeling.
Requirements
- 10+ year working experience in SI/PI
- Deep understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission line theory and microwave theory
- Familiar with SI/PI design flow, time domain and frequency domain modeling and simulation
- Hands on experience with lab equipment (high speed oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer)
- Skilled with SI/PI simulation tools from ANSYS, Cadence, Keysight and others
- Skilled in data processing with Python, Matlab or other language
- Fluent in Chinese
- MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
