Cloud System Administrator

As a Cloud System Administrator, you will be responsible for technical installation and support of OMP supply chain solutions on our OMP Cloud service and customers' infrastructure.

Requirements

• Discussing technical installation requirements with customers and consultant colleagues
• Configuring and testing installed software in OMP Cloud and at customers' sites
• Training customers' IT staff on technical aspects of our solutions
• Writing technical documentation of installations
• Providing input to development team on best practices for installation
• Supporting customers' IT staff, consultants, and Customer Services team on technical aspects
