We are hiring a Commercial Director for our commercial team covering the UK. This is a senior role that will execute the EMEA strategy at a regional (UK) level, ensuring it translates into measurable commercial success.
Requirements
- A master or bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, or similar area of expertise
- Min. 15 years relevant experience in the fields of healthcare or FMCG or related industry
- Experience of presenting to industry bodies, lobbying for a cause, persuading KOLs to support
- Experience in selling solutions or services to large companies or public organisations with ideally subscription-based business model
- At least 5+ years of people Management experience in leading a team of sales professionals
- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
