The Senior Executive – Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence across professional, retail, and key account channels. The role combines medical marketing expertise with trade marketing activities to ensure cohesive brand strategies across Healthcare Physicians (HCP), pharmacies, modern trade, and distributor networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management, Mass Communication, or any medical related field.
- Prior experience in Sales or Marketing of minimum 3 years; experience in Consumer Healthcare industry is advantages.
- Strong in communication; preferably good in English both written and oral self-starter, well-organized, creative thinking and good negotiating skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks according to job demands and deadlines, resulting in high-quality results
- Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholder
- Capable of maintaining accurate records and managing stock efficiently, while providing support for documentation filing
- Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations
- Shows commitment to following regulatory standards and guidelines
